Vision Vision can be defined as a structured insight or inclination. It is an anticipated or supposed model of joint possibilities to which others can be attracted, given the necessary interest and impetus on the part of the leader who is disseminating that vision. Vision of a leader makes him different from others. The ability to foresee and then act accordingly is must for any effective leadership. Unfortunately majority of US corporate leadership is lacking in vision. They fail to see future world or they are far too much occupied in their mundane affairs.
